At Real Cool Company, many of our products are made-to-order through trusted print-on-demand production partners, while other items are shipped directly from our fulfillment team using ShipStation.

Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the product type:

Made-to-Order / Print-on-Demand Items:
Typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipment.
In-Stock Items:
Usually processed within 1–3 business days.

During holidays, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after processing:

United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays outside our control.

Multiple Shipments

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, your order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Real Cool Company is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages once marked as delivered. However, if you experience an issue, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
